These Terms of Service govern your use of levantbushcraft.com and purchases, bookings and other transactions made through the website.
Throughout these Terms, "Levant Bushcraft," "we," "us" and "our" refer to Levant Bushcraft.
By accessing our website or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
1. Our Store
Levant Bushcraft provides bushcraft, outdoor and firecraft equipment, related products, educational material and workshops.
Our online store is powered by Shopify.
Products purchased through our website are currently offered for delivery within Lebanon only, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
2. Eligibility and Responsible Purchasing
You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into a purchase with us.
Certain Levant Bushcraft products, including knives, cutting tools and fire-starting equipment, require responsible handling.
By purchasing such products, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase, possess and use them and that you will use them lawfully and responsibly.
You are responsible for complying with any laws or regulations applicable to your possession, transport or use of the product.
3. Outdoor Equipment and Safety
Bushcraft involves activities that may carry inherent risks, including the use of knives, saws, axes, fire, sparks and other tools.
Products should be used only for their intended purpose and with appropriate knowledge, care and supervision.
Customers are responsible for reading and following any instructions, warnings or guidance provided with a product.
Children and inexperienced users should not use potentially dangerous tools or fire-starting equipment without appropriate adult supervision and instruction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Lebanese law.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products.
Because many products incorporate natural materials such as wood, leather, stone or other naturally variable materials, individual pieces may differ in grain, color, tone, texture, markings and other natural characteristics.
These variations are part of the material and do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
Website images may also appear slightly different depending on screen and display settings.
5. Handmade and Small-Batch Products
Some Levant Bushcraft products may be handmade, hand-finished, naturally sourced or produced in small batches.
Minor variations between products are therefore expected and may be part of their individual character.
Material differences that substantially affect the advertised function, specification or quality of a product are not covered by this provision and remain subject to applicable consumer protections.
6. Orders
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable; incorrect pricing or product information was displayed; payment cannot be completed or verified; we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; the delivery location cannot reasonably be serviced; or fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.
7. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable when the order is placed unless an obvious error has occurred.
Any applicable delivery charge will be disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.
We may change prices, promotions and product availability at any time, but this will not normally affect orders already accepted.
8. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment, contact and order information.
Where a payment is processed electronically by a third-party payment provider, that provider may process information in accordance with its own applicable terms and privacy practices.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Levant Bushcraft currently delivers within Lebanon.
Delivery arrangements, charges, the normal 2-3 business day estimated delivery window after dispatch, failed deliveries and related matters are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
10. Returns and Consumer Rights
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and applicable Lebanese law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
11. Workshops
Where Levant Bushcraft offers bushcraft, firecraft or other workshops, additional information may apply to the specific workshop, including its date and location; required equipment; minimum participation requirements; safety instructions; cancellation arrangements; and weather or operational conditions.
Outdoor workshops may involve fire, cutting tools, natural terrain and other activities carrying inherent risks.
Participants are required to follow instructor safety directions and use equipment responsibly.
Levant Bushcraft may prevent a participant from engaging in an activity where we reasonably believe their conduct creates an unsafe situation for themselves or others.
12. Workshop Changes and Cancellations
Outdoor workshops may occasionally need to be rescheduled, relocated or cancelled because of weather, fire restrictions, safety concerns, security conditions or other circumstances that make the planned activity unsafe or impractical.
Where Levant Bushcraft cancels or materially reschedules a workshop, participants will be offered an appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

13. Proper Use and Product Care
Performance and longevity of outdoor equipment depend on appropriate use, maintenance and storage.
Normal wear, corrosion caused by improper storage, damage resulting from misuse, improper sharpening, neglect, excessive force or use of a product outside its intended purpose may not constitute a manufacturing defect.
This does not affect rights relating to products that were defective or non-conforming when supplied.
14. Intellectual Property
The content of the Levant Bushcraft website, including our branding, logos, photographs, product designs where legally protected, graphics, written material, guides and original audiovisual content, belongs to Levant Bushcraft or is used with permission.
It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or presented as another party's work without our permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other material to us or through our website, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person.
