At Levant Bushcraft, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

This policy applies to purchases made through levantbushcraft.com and delivered within Lebanon.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

For eligible online purchases, you may request to return an item within 10 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable Lebanese consumer protection requirements.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and any accessories, documentation or components supplied with it.

To request a return, contact us at charbelxsalem@gmail.com and include your order number and the item you wish to return.

Please do not return an item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to your order, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Levant Bushcraft.

Original delivery charges may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns may not be accepted where:

·  the product has been used, damaged or altered after delivery;

·  the product was made, modified, engraved or otherwise personalized specifically for the customer;

·  the condition of the product has deteriorated due to improper handling or storage by the customer; or

·  the product is otherwise excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable Lebanese law.

For safety reasons, products that show clear signs of field use, sharpening, burning, cutting, striking or other use may not be accepted as unused returns.

This includes, where applicable, knives, ferrocerium rods, fire steels, tinder products and other outdoor equipment once used.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at charbelxsalem@gmail.com, preferably with photographs showing the issue.

Where the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged or non-conforming, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable Lebanese consumer protection law, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Natural Materials and Handmade Products

Some Levant Bushcraft products use natural materials such as wood and leather.

Variations in grain, tone, texture, markings and patina are natural characteristics of these materials and do not, by themselves, constitute defects.

Minor differences between individual handcrafted products and website photographs may therefore occur.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible unused product, contact us first.

Where an exchange is approved, availability will depend on existing stock. If the requested replacement product or variant is unavailable, we may instead arrange a refund or another suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be made using an appropriate refund method based on how the original order was paid.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method or financial service provider. Where Lebanese law prescribes a maximum refund period, refunds will be processed within that period.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it. Once an order has been dispatched, it will generally need to follow the return process described above.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable Lebanese law.
