Levant Bushcraft currently delivers within Lebanon only. We do not currently offer international shipping through our website.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch after they have been received and confirmed.
We aim to process orders as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary during weekends, public holidays, product launches, periods of high order volume or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once your order has been prepared for delivery, it will be handed to our local delivery partner.
Delivery Within Lebanon
Our shipping partner normally delivers orders within 2-5 business days after dispatch to serviceable locations within Lebanon.
The 2-5 business day timeframe is an estimated delivery window and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weekends, public holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Remote or difficult-to-access areas may require additional delivery time or arrangements.
Shipping Charges
Applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where Levant Bushcraft offers free delivery above a certain order value, the qualifying amount and any applicable conditions will be displayed on the website.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:
· name;
· mobile phone number;
· delivery address; and
· any directions reasonably necessary for the courier to locate the delivery address.
Because addresses in Lebanon are not always standardized, we strongly recommend including a clear area, street or landmark where appropriate.
The courier may contact you by telephone to coordinate delivery.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the address or telephone number provided was incorrect or incomplete, the customer was unavailable, or the customer could not be reached after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us.
Additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be sent again.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your package when it arrives.
If the parcel appears significantly damaged during transit, or if an item is missing, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at charbelxsalem@gmail.com.
Photographs of the parcel and product may be requested so we can investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
Delays Outside Our Control
Lebanon occasionally experiences circumstances that can disrupt local transport and deliveries, including severe weather, road closures, security conditions, strikes, public disturbances, fuel or infrastructure disruptions and other events outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil your order and communicate significant delays where possible.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable Lebanese consumer protection law.
International Orders
At this time, orders placed through levantbushcraft.com are available for delivery within Lebanon only.
Orders requiring delivery outside Lebanon should not be placed through the website unless Levant Bushcraft has expressly agreed to the arrangement in advance.
